Demons Among Us
Since many news people are currently talking about the rapid escalation of the war between good and evil taking place in America, it seems worthwhile to take a more practical look at what is going on; meaning what forces are at work and how they go about their business.
Were going to start out with a minute or two of background information to set the stage, then get right to the good and evil discussion.
Everything has a source. We don't operate on fanciful thinking that magically things just appear. The same holds true for all of creation, by that we mean the natural reality of life on earth and all that entails: trees, water, air, animals, humans, etc. Advancements in science prove the incredible complexity of the makeup of a human person which has to operate with .
, statistically speaking which could in no way have come about by accident. Evil cannot come from Jesus because he is all goodness.
We live in the natural world, earth and all the planets and galaxies. Things in the natural are measurable, have matter, and are changing work within a construct called time.
The natural world and all that is in it are created and sustained by God the Father. He is a supernatural being, meaning he is above all, he is all powerful, all knowing, all present at all times, and created us and this world out of love for us and his desire to share it with us. He is in the supernatural world. That is, everything outside of time and space. He is pure Spirit and has no matter and never changes. In contrast, A human being has a limited life span, the power to make choices of how to live each day, and can acquire knowledge through learning and experience.
Most people can see what is considered good and evil at work in the world. Goodness is seen as actions that help people: things like kindness, generosity, being helpful, selfless. Evil on the other hand is seen as actions that hurt people like violence, abuse, cruelty, and meanness.
God the Father also created supernatural beings, that exist in the supernatural realm. These creatures can interact with and in the natural world. These are called angels. Supernatural beings are superior to natural beings in their intellect and abilities. They, like God, are purely spirit and have no matter. At some point, the angels were given a choice at to whether they would do the Father's will or not, serving and helping us humans. Many angels said yes, the others, lead by the most powerful angel, Lucifer said no. He and those with him whose number is nearly uncountable, because of their being banished from the Father's presence to this world now hate the Father and his human creatures and seek at all times to bring about the most evil. The angels that agreed to do the Father's will are the ones that seek at all times to bring goodness in the world and to help and protect humans. Jesus taught us about the demons many times in scripture. He talked to them often, and Paul and Peter warned us about their power and not giving into it.
But let's face it, we need to have real conversations about the enemy. Knowing how he works. This helps us defeat him.
The angels seeking to bring about evil are called demons and their leader is Satan the Father of lies. Each demon is assigned a dominion in which it can act and a specific type of evil it intends to bring about. Dominion is the realm they have authority to act in. Some attack persons, some institutions, some families, some churches, etc. A specific type of evil means the type of sin the demon will be tempting the people to do. Sin is an act that brings evil into the world hurting both the doer and negatively affecting the world also. For example, there are deomns of drug abuse, demons of fear, on and on we could go.
Evil can come through the demons directly, but it is mostly carried out by tempting humans in their weakness to do it for them. The more we respond with sins or evil deeds to their tempting us to do them, the more power the demons have over us,. They can get so powerful that we they have completely overpowered our ability to choose not to do the sin, and are basically rendered helpless under our own power. The more evil we do, the more we become filled with darkness and evil, and the easier it is for Satan to get us to do evil deeds of all kinds. The same holds true for the angels and goodness. The angels help and protect us each day, and try to get us to choose goodness and doing what is positive, encouraging, and upbuilding. The more good we do the easier it is to do, and the more we are filled with goodness, and the more easily we are influenced positively by angels..
Although the conflict between good and evil has always existed since the beginning of time, it has recently escalated in seriousness quickly and in power sharply. We see a lot of hate speech, violence, heated disagreement, threats, and darkness happening throughout the country. So what is going on? Satan and the demons are trying to destroy us because they hate Jesus Christ his children us, and goodness. So what we see is how battles are waged between these supernatural beings. All demons like angels are at work diligently accomplishing their purposes at all times. But the main demon who is behind what we are seeing today is the demon of abortion. Abortion is by far the gravest evil that is done by humans in the world ever simply because of the numbers of deaths. Science has showed and it is not disputed that during an abortion, the beating heart of a human is stopped purposefully at the request of the child's mother, which is by our legal standards murder. It is done for the sake of immediate gratification and convenience making it all the more evil, since the mother is in no way obligated to care for the child in any way after he/she is born by giving it up for adoption or to another person to raise. In America, there are at least 2 million families looking to adopt children at all times. People are outraged when they hear about child abuse since it is an innocent child suffering unnecessarily. Abortion is the ultimate child abuse since it kills the child, and it is the ultimate killing machine, since it is done quickly and efficiently. The abortion demon has a world wide dominion. It is active throughout the world tempting people with its best ability to act in ways that will bring about an abortion. As more and more abortions occur, by creation's design, the abortion demon grows in its power to influence people more and more easily, more often, and more effectively with more cunning to have abortions, murder their own children.
The statistics prove the point. According to all the important worldwide health statistic organizations, since 1990 there have been well over 1 and a half billion children murdered by abortion. Since it was legalized decades before that, we know then that the total number is well into the billions of lives lost, beautiful, talented, individuals unnecessarily deprived of their lives for no good reason. 60,000 women die per year, and millions are permanently physically injured during the procedure of the abortion each year also. Wrap your mind around that. Billions of dead babies. Its interesting how we consider ourselves to be so advanced now in our intellect and science. Yet we are so depraved to be slaughtering babies at a mind blowing rate. These are our own children. Most of us would do anything to protect our families and yet these are the choices that we are making. It goes against all form of reason.
So why is it occurring? Its crazy! As previously stated, demons are far superior to us in intellect and very cunning. They grow more so, when we succumb to their temptations and feed them power and influence by our evil acts. Since murdering a child for convenience is such a serious sin, a grave evil, as opposed to a lesser sin like tripping someone, as stated earlier, this sin gives a lot of power to the demon.
The demon then sets about each moment with very cunning strategies to be fed by more abortions. These strategies are pretty obvious. For example, sex has to occur to bring a child into being. So of course the demon is trying to get as many people to have sex as possible. People do what they think about doing. In order to get people to think about sex as much as possible, the demon has tricked the culture into being hyper-sexualized. The different forms of media are filled with sexual statements, actions, and outfits. This demon has women wearing half as much clothing as they used to, so that men will think about and want to have sex with them all the time. The pornography industry has made this temptation into a gigantic money maker, putting out pictures, films , books, devices, etc. to help people think about and engage in sexual activity. There is an old expression: “sex sells”. The schools are teaching children to do sexual activities at a very young age. Movies and Tv shows glamorize having sex with anybody at anytime, making it look cool and fun. The result is that people, after being exposed to these powerful evil strategies are thinking and acting in sexual ways, are being pressured to do so by a very cunning supernatural force and as a result are having sex in precarious ways and situations. The result is the conception of children that are the unwanted consequence of this crazed sexual behavior. The pregnant person then seeks a way to stop the unwanted consequnce, the child from burdening her, and has the child killed and removed from her body, fueling the fire of the demon all the more to continue this horror.
Think how bizarre this all is. There are so many things in life that people are busy with. As a result, sex is maybe at play 1% of the time in a period of a month for most people who have been married awhile. Other things are just more important and more of a priority. How could we be so fixated on something so minor in the gransd scheme of the whole?
Another strange thing is that people are not stupid. When they would like to have intimacy with another person, there are countless ways to do so that will not bring about conception and abortion, yet those are not the actions chosen. This is where the choice is made actually. Not after the child is created. As a Christian, I am in no way recommending any activtity that brings about treating someone else as an object of pleasure, just speaking factually about the fact that there are a myriad of options. Instead, the people having sex choose to risk contracting sexual transmitted diseases by the act, then are choosing to pay money to kill their own child by undergoing a surgical procedure that could kill them or harm them physically and irreparably. It is at the time when the couple can choose many many different things to do than that which brings about conception. These choices and consequences make no sense unless there is a powerful force, this demon, which is tricking them powerfully to make these choices.
You can see that another powerful strategy of this demon is to control the language of abortion. For instance, a woman may say that I can do what I want with my body. The interesting thing is that our body is not ours. We didn't purchase it or earn it in any way, so it is not actually ours. Most of us don't even know remotely how it works and we certainly have only say in how well it does work. How does a heart keep beating? Where do tears come from and why? Clearly we are just stewards of our bodies we do not own them or like I said even know how they stay in existence from one moment to the next. The next trick of language is that an adult choice supercedes a childs right to live. Of course that is nonsense given the above discussion. The couple can choose countless ways of having intimacy, hand holding etc. and not do the only act that results in conception. Not only this, but women who are paying any attention know when the few days of the month are that they can conceive, and can easily avoid this act during that time. We are all capable of delayed gratification with a little effort. That certainly is a better choice than paying someone to have life altering invasive, often disfiguring, life-ending surgery. Moreover, by the time a person knows she is pregnant for sure, she would only have to carry the child for another couple of months for it to be viable to then deliver and leave for someone else to gladly accept. This is not a whole lot of time or effort given that the alternative is murdering an innocent child. Now you can see much more easily how crazy this all is. Bizarre in fact. Which is the most explicit sign that Satan is behind it and influencing the situation mightily.
So, once again, why is this important right now? Becuase this demon can see that legalized abortion in America is in jeopardy. If legalized abortion in America is overturned, then the demon is out of a whole lot of business. The demon is going to be failing in its mission. Less murders is not good. It will then be decreased in its power and influence and there will be a spiral down effect. It also knows that often people look to America and follow its lead. So if legalized abortion is stopped here, it is likely to be stopped many other places as well, causing this demons objective to keep decreasing and decreasing. It will be failing in its mission, losing more power, failing even more. So what is the demons game now? It needs to keep the current president Trump, who is against abortion and trying to put conservative judges in the Supreme court who will see the injustice occurring in abortion and overturn it, from getting re-elected. If Trump does not win, the other side, the one who supports and celebrates abortion will not only win, but the demon has inpsired them in devious ways about how to stop the democratic process permanently, so that the people who oppose and want to stop abortion will never be in power again. This is the way it insures its success. READ QOUTES. The democrat party is very vocal in not only their support of abortion but even of funding it any way possible for as many people as want to have an abortion. This is exactly what the demon wants. It is his greatest potential success ever! It will insure its growth and power indefinitely likely.
We can see this demon's work in many ways. It is not just limited to influencing people toward abortion, it has the power to influence people in any that will bring about abortion. In this case, the abortion demon will do wahtever it can to help insure that as many democrats get elected as possible since they support abortion.
Understand that this is not a political or a party issue. It is simply a fact that the democrats support abortion, and the republicans want to stop it. This is a game to bring about the most evil and as a result darkness and destruction of life by the most powerful demon – one how has been fed with billions of child sacrifices. One might say that there are a lot of other issues and demons involved. That is true. But there are none that are anywhere near the same league of power that the abortion demon is, because those other demons try to bring about evil with issues of quality of life not life itself. Those billions of babies deprived of the only life they were ever going to get to live are in no way concerned with the quality of their life because they have none. Permanently. No undoing. No going back. There is no comparison to me as to gravity if my spouse is shot in the head and dies bleeding and gagging my arms, in comparison to whether we have enough healthcare coverage or not. No comparison. If you are a Christian and you vote for the pro-abortion candidates you are supporting this evil and this demon, and you will be held accountable for your part in all these deaths. There is no way around this fact.
Heres a biblical example of this. Lets remember how the people of God in the first book of Samuel turned their backs Samuel and god the Father and asked for a King. God the Father warned the people through the Samuel that a King would misuse his authority over them terribly and as a result they would suffer greatly but they asked for it anyways. That was very mysterious why they would choose something dramatically and so obviously not in their best interest. We know that something was influencing them to do so. The same is the case now. This abortion demon is pushing people to elect the democrats, who currently embrace socialism, the same type of tyrranical rule that kings do, where the people lose their freedom and are forced by the governemnt to do what the government demands. You see how cunning this is? In this way, the people's God-given constitutional rights are revoked and they live in slavery by their own choosing. God the Father and Jesus our Savior are replaced by government authority. Once government is God, the ruling people have control of the masses and make them behave by force of penalty to do whatever the government pleases. It's frightening. And yet here we are. Since Our Heavenly Father is very respectful of our wishes and our ability to choose for ourselves, he granted the people a king. And they really suffered. Why? Because great power, greatly corrupts the people who have it.
This demon of abortion is also responsible for the violence and hate speech and the other types of darkness and division going on. Why? Because he is this powerful from all of these murders, and he can do whatever he needs to insure bring about fear that then controls people's choices. He can also use people very easily who have un-repented sin in their lives. People who are doing evil deeds, ones that are not in accordance with Christ's will, are filling themselves with darkness as they sin, and are then much more easily influenced by any demon including this one. As a result, the demon can skillfully raise up these types of people and groups to do violence and criminal activity readily. When else have you seen leaders stand by why people are murdered and properties destroyed lawlessly. It is bizarre because these same leaders were elected to protect these very people and places, and swore they would do so. Not only that, but these same people committing these crimes and these same leaders would be outraged if these things were happening to the people and places that they care about.
Clearly, there is an outside force influencing them powerfully to act in such a bizarre, extreme way. Mind you, this isn't minor crimes, this is point blank murder and skillful planned destruction and hatred. This is all escalating quickly because the election is approaching quickly. The democrats have promised that this activity will continue if they don't win and gain their unlimited power. Why? Because the demon then has the power to punish people for doing the right thing and protecting goodness and lawfulness. Jesus says in the Bible that the servant is no better than the master. The lawless ones in Jesus time tortured and murdered him. We can expect opposition as well.
Satan is also responsible the attack on gender and sexual identity. The idea is to normalize the notion that anything anyone wants to do or be is fine, regardless of the science showing otherwise, x and y chromosomes for example, and regardless of Jesus teaching us otherwise, that he gave us marriage to for the procreation and rearing of children in a committed Christ-centered family for example. In this way, then sex anytime with anyone becomes more and more the norm resulting in more and more abortions.
The demon skillfully and easily uses all the people who support its work to be its champions because they have embraced the act of abortion. As a result, the demon has been invited in by these people and has much much more power over them by their own choosing. What is very important to remember, however, as frustrating as it can be to deal with someone who is doing a lot of damage to others, we are always fighting the principalitires and the powers of darkness, Satan and demons, not the people who are being used by them in their weaknesses. We can't judge them because we are sinners and are weak too. We know the sin is wrong but the sinner is a beautiful child of God. For example, a person who likes to get really drunk but enjoys it and doesn't want to stop is controlled in the same way by the alcoholic demon because he wants to do the evil and enjoys it.
So what do we do about it. The best defense is a good offense. The best way to overcome evil is with good. We get our strength from Jesus Christ, so we need to seek him fervently. We need to seriously repent, say we are sorry for the evil we have done, so that we are reconciled with Jesus, the evil is taken from us, and the demons can't use us to do their work. After asking for forgiveness, we need to then ask Jesus to help us truly forgive those who have wronged us.
We need to pray, pray, pray for deliverance and healing and help. We need to pray for everyone, especially those being used by Satan. We need to know that Jesus works all things for the good for those who love him, so not to worry but to keep focused on him and his words, knowing that he is always faithful. The Bible says hundreds of times do not be afraid. Jesus knows what he is doing. He is bringing tremendous amounts of good out of all of this. He has not missed hearing the prayers of all the pro-life people all of these decades and has used these prayers for the benefit of everyone.
In order for our country to be cleansed and healed of this horror a lot of sacrifice and suffering is going to have to occur. Jesus is allowing all these storms, the fires burning on the west coast, all the violence, murders, and looting, the COVID crisis with its great economic and personal losses etc. to use the grace as a sacrifical offering to the Father. The same goes in a persons life when he/she wants to set aside a serious evil being committed. The longer the evil goes on and the worse it is, the bigger price has to be paid for its removal: repentance, suffering, loss, sacrifice. There is no way around it.
We need to be careful not to fall prey to the trick of the demons use of dehumanization. This happens when Demons make it easy for us to be angry or to harbor ill will for another person that we see from a distance is doing evil. In this way, we are doing just the opposite to them as the patience, compassion and understanding that Jesus has done for us.
It can be easy to get discouraged when our church leaders don't stand up for the rights of the church when the government takes them away, or when our shepherds continue to pervert and undermine Christianity by continuing to put social justice issues above Jesus Christ. Strike the shepherds, scatter the sheep.
It can be easy to be fearful when we see people committing brazen violence with no consequences. Remember Jesus is in charge. We need to be in community with others or we are likely to be overcome with negativity – divide and conquer. We should ask for extra grace to be kind and understanding and encouraging to everyone in times of stress.
We need to speak the truth gently but firmly always in love if the occasion arises. Don't let Satan steal your peace and your joy. He is never going to stop his ways. But it doesn't matter because Jesus has already conquered sin and death. It has been destroyed. We have to decide whose side we are on, Jesus' side, the one of goodness or not.
Fasting is another powerful way to overcome evil. Just forgo some kind of preference and do it for the for love of Christ. That sacrifice, like Jesus sacrifice on the cross, will be used powerfully to bring about good. This is very important.
Unless absolutely necessary, do not return violence for violence. Revenge belongs to God. The Lord will more than make up for any wrong that has been done to you by another.
Turn off the TV and listen and sing along with good Christina music to lift up your soul. Keep doing things you love to do. Get to know your neighbors and spend time with family/friends.
Lets understand something. This is in no way about condemnation: saying someone is bad that has done any of this. Instead we are all sinners and know that Jesus isn't going to love us any more or any less for anything that we have done. His love and kindness and mercy and help are everlasting and unending thankfully for all of us. If you have sinned, sincerely tell Jesus your sorry and ask for forgiveness. He can bring you peace and healing no matter what you have done or how much it is bothering you.
The best thing is that demons and satan can only do what Jesus allows. So there is nothing to fear. Jesus is ours for the asking in both this life and the next because he has made it so by his death on the cross out of love.
